At Al Sidra Natural Honey, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction by providing a clear and flexible return and exchange policy.
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
- Returns or exchanges are allowed in the following cases:
- Receiving an incorrect product from us.
- Manufacturing defects in the product.
- Damage to the product during shipping.
- Clear tampering with the product.
- We do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 to 45 days, depending on the card issuing bank.

Note: Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method and may take 10 to 45 days depending on the credit card issuer.
Customers can cancel their order within 72 hours; refunds will be returned to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be processed completely.
