Our journey began in the heart of Ras Al Khaimah in 1997, under the name “At Sidra Natural Honey ” The idea was to harness the emirate’s unique environmental resources—from the Hajar Mountains and its enchanting wilderness—to produce pure, authentic honey. Starting with just five hives, we collected our first batches of honey from the Talh and Sidr flowers that grow on the limestone rocks of its mountains, driven by the passion and dream of reviving a rich tradition of local beekeeping.
