Delivery Policy

Delivery is currently limited to the UAE only.

We pledge to deliver your order within the timelines outlined below.

Some discounts and promotions may have different delivery schedules which are explained in the terms and conditions of each individual promotion.

Products will sometimes arrive separately, but you will not incur any additional delivery charges. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is unsafe (postal address or post office box of a suspicious location) or located in remote locations not covered by our delivery company. If your order falls into this category, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.
